Excel & Google Sheets
Starting at $150
Spreadsheet builds, fixes, and overhauls. New templates for things you’re tracking on paper. Cleanup of the spreadsheet you inherited that nobody understands. Formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, vlookups, VBA, small scale macros.
All the stuff that should already work but doesn’t.
Best for: solo operators, small teams, anyone whose workflow currently involves the words “I should really fix that spreadsheet.”
Data Cleanup & Prep
$50/hour, or a flat quote by the job
The unglamorous work that has to happen before any number is worth trusting. Deduplicating a customer list, reconciling two exports that don’t agree, fixing the spreadsheet where half the dates are text and half are real — or just keying in the stack of records you’ve been avoiding. We get your data clean and structured so it’s actually usable: by us, by your next analyst, or by you.
Best for: anyone sitting on a messy list, a pile of paper records, or two systems that should match and don’t.
Google Analytics
Audits from $200. Monthly monitoring from $300/month.
Setup, configuration, and ongoing monitoring of Google Analytics 4. We make sure you’re tracking what actually matters, the data is accurate, and someone is reading the numbers monthly so you don’t have to.
Best for: small businesses with a website that’s been “set up but nobody’s really looked at it.”
Custom Reporting & Analysis
Starting at $300
One-time or recurring reports built around a specific question you need answered. Revenue trends, customer segmentation, seasonal patterns, profitability by service line — whatever the question is, we build the report that answers it.
Best for: businesses that have the data but not the time or expertise to make sense of it.
Tableau & Power BI Dashboards
Starting at $350
Full dashboard builds in Tableau or Power BI for businesses that need shared visibility across a team. Connected to your live data so dashboards update without manual work. Built to be understood by the people who will actually use them, not just the analyst who built them.
Best for: mid-size businesses, multi-location operations, anyone who needs a CFO or leadership to see the same numbers you do.
Ongoing Retainer
Starting at $400/month
Your part-time data person. A standing engagement where we maintain your reports, watch for anomalies, answer ad-hoc questions, and stay close enough to your business to flag things before you have to ask.
Best for: growing businesses where data work is a recurring need but not a full-time hire.
How engagements work
We start with a 20-minute conversation. You tell us what’s actually frustrating; we tell you whether we can help.
If we can, we’ll quote the work in writing before starting. If the engagement is one of the starting-rate items above, that quote will match the posted rate. If it’s bigger, we’ll explain why, and you can decide.
We don’t lock clients into long contracts. Retainer clients can cancel with 30 days notice. Project work is invoiced 50% up front, 50% on delivery.
