Privacy

The short version: we collect very little, we don’t sell or share anything, and we don’t follow you around the internet.

What we collect, and why

The contact form. Your name, email, organization and whatever you write. It’s delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form service, and we use it to reply to you. That’s it.

The client onboarding form. Clients get this after signing a contract. It collects organization details and contacts so we can start work. It never asks for passwords; access is set up separately, through a password manager.

The checkups. The website and data checkups run entirely in your browser. Your answers never leave your device, and we never see them.

Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.

Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them, and Google sees your IP address as part of that request.

What we don’t do

No cookies from us. No ad pixels or retargeting. No selling, renting or sharing your information. No mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

Client data

Data we handle for clients, such as donor records, stays in the client’s own accounts and is covered by our contract and data handling agreement, not this page.
